He power washed an 1890 sq ft colonial with vinyl siding, a 12X24 ft wood deck and a cement front door entrance. The vinyl siding looks like new despite a significant mold buildup on the non-sun side of the house. We were so happy with his work that we booked him for next year (at the same price!!)."
