Chimney Doctor

The chimney doctor squeezed into a size half of him and throughly check the chimney. He allowed me to see for myself that the chimney was in good shape and provided an excellent referral for a furnace repair person. The chimney doctor was professional, friendly, on time with communication and was careful not to make a mess! As a single woman, I felt safe with him being in my home. I highly recommend him!!!

He is very friendly and did an excellent job. We have had 3 other people work on this project trying to fix a leak. He found a leak that people who worked on my roof missed. He found out that was the promblem. I would highly recommend him.

We called The Chimney Doctor to clean and inspect our chimney. Jesse answered our call and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out and check the chimney. He showed up right on time. Since we had snow on the roof, it wasn’t safe for anyone to walk on it, but Jesse used our roof rake to clear a path to the peak and asked us to call him when we could see the roof shingles. It only took a day or so and he came back out and cleaned the chimney and went up on the roof to inspect the flue tiles.

Jesse did a great job cleaning the chimney. He made sure our floor was covered and spotless when he was done. He also took some photos of the flue tiles at the top so we could see that one of them had a hairline crack in it. We will have him back out in the spring to repair the tile.

I’m so glad that we found Jesse. He took the time to patiently answer our questions. He answers or returns calls promptly, shows up on time, and does an excellent job.
