"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. "John is a very nice guy to work with. He was brought in by the gentleman who did the go-over of our old, cracking ceilings so I didn't actually hire him but I would again in a minute! He got here early and by mid-afternoon had plastered two bedroom ceilings. They are beautiful! Perfectly smooth and level. I did the painting and couldn't find any problem spots at all. He didn't make a mess and was very careful to clean-up afterwards. I will definitely hire him in the future to do any plastering of walls and ceilings. The finish is so much nicer than just tape and joint compound.
