"well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."

I had one issue and the owner promptly and generously addressed it to my full satisfaction. Recently, during a heavy downpour, one of the small gutters overflowed significantly. Thinking it was improperly installed, I called the company and the owner came out himself the next day! After inspecting the gutter, he determined the down spout and extender were clogged and had caused the problem. He cleaned it out and tested the flow. He diagnosed the problem correctly, to my chagrin. When I asked him how much I owed him, he refused to charge me. I had written an excellent review last year for their installation work but I just had to do a follow up review because that kind of customer service is extraordinary. The owner deserves super praise for his ethics and quality.
