"They were not able to repair skylight felt probably needed replacement"

"Last summer, I hired Roger to replace two skylights as well as a double hung window. I was very pleased with the end result. Not only was the job done well, but the guys that completed the work were courteous and worked diligently to get the job done. Fast forward 7 monthsâ ¦I noticed random shingles in the yard. Turns out the ridge cap had several holes and, of course, the forecast called for heavy rain later that evening. After calling at least 5-6 roofers/contractors in my immediate area (who either promised a call back, or didnâ t pick up), I remembered Roger. He responded immediately and said that if I couldnâ t find anyone, heâ d be over later that night. Roger showed up around 8pm and worked on the roof, in the dark, for over 2 hours to repair the ridge caps. I really donâ t know when this man sleeps! His rates are fair, he's responsive and he SHOWS UP (something that is getting harder to find in this day and age). I have several other projects that need to be completed in the future and I plan on calling Roger and his team. I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends."

"Creative Carpentry did an outstanding job on our home! They replaced all our windows and sliding door, updated the siding, and even took care of smaller details like patching the tile soap holder in the bathroom. Everything was completed beautifully and right on schedule. Barry is a great guy, straightforward, reliable, and excellent at communicating throughout the entire process. You can tell that he and his team truly care about their work and take pride in doing it right. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and would 100% recommend them for any home project. "Updated review.

My 1st review was not very flattering as I viewed the occurrence given facts as I knew them, and I said I wouldn't use him as I couldn't seem to get an estimate from him.  I rescind that earlier evaluation completely as Mr Persson stopped by and showed me he had indeed sent an email re roofing estimate, which must have gone immediately to my email SPAM.  Since I delete my email SPAM often, I have no way to be sure it came to my account.

The estimate he gave me in person seemed to be very fair to re roof with the best roofing material available.  I was impressed that he would take the time to personally stop by after he was made aware of the estimate problem.  I am leaving the Cape until next May.  I will probably use Persson Construction to re roof my house at that time.  If I use Persson Construction for this job, I will update my review at that time."

"SeaBreeze and Amanda N. were extremely professional. They designed, advised and built a custom patio and extended walkway, integrating and linking our deck, new patio and backyard outbuildings beautifully. At every step of the project, Amanda was the most clear communicator, most reliable, timely and pleasant contractor we have ever dealt with! The quality of the work was excellent. Any time I contacted her, she got back to me promptly. Always very helpful with her advice. We will use them again for our next home improvement project. I’d highly recommend SeaBreeze to anyone."
