"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. During the original sales meeting I was worried about rue turn around time for products to arrive, I was told they’d have everything as scheduled and they did. "Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"They did everything right.  They came when they said they would;  they brought everything they needed and it was high quality (a really nice 12" X 10" x 10 foot oak beam).  They did the job safely, they did it well, they did it right the first time.  These guys are masters at timber framing.

Their price was fair.  It was no more than the estimates from local carpenters who had never done a job like this.
