We noticed dirt in the vents on our wall mounted units and realized that the insides of this system had likely never been cleaned, and we certainly didn't have the tools or expertise to get in these units and deeply clean them ourselves. Even though I live in a town that isn't on his list of service areas, he still responded to my request promptly, and readily agreed to clean and service our AC system.
