Replacing ceiling fan with a chandelier, installing a pendant light as well as replacing old bathroom fans were key parts of the job for which Jonathan was hired, along with other minor electrical issues that needed to be addressed. The chandelier was large and heavy and need to be hung in a room with tall ceilings. Jonathan planned it out and took a methodical approach - two ladders, who was going to do what, how, etc. and got it done. The next big part of the job was replacing bathroom fans. Jonathan did this well and efficiently as well. Jonathan went above and beyond to accommodate my request to install one additional bathroom fan which ended up being more work and time was running short. Jonathan is reliable and gets the job done and does it well! I highly recommend Jonathan."

"They were prompt in contacting and scheduling. 2 electricians for a small job. Apparent MIScommunication despite speaking with the office twice and just 24 hrs. prior to the appointment. Charged for 2 hrs. work--including hanging the tv mount (and TOO high!) and attaching the mount to the tv.---which was NOT a part of my request (why would anyone pay electricians rates for this?) "Rodolfo was responsive and able to provide a quote quickly. While Rodolfo's quote was not the least expensive, he worked with us to reduce the scope of the job to better suit our budget. We ended up painting the full living room and foyer, dining room, and one office wall; two bathrooms; and some trim/casings on internal doors, windows, and closets. Rodolfo also improved the improperly installed molding and sanded down a newly built wall in order to paint it - it now looks like the wall was always there. Before the work began, Rodolfo quickly confirmed a start date and arrived promptly as scheduled. He and his team (Jose and Wilson) were able to complete this medium-sized job in only two (long) work days, including full clean-up. They were friendly, helpful, and very customer service-oriented. There was one minor miscommunication about whether the quote had included molding in the living room, and Rodolfo agreed to paint it right away. They also plastered some small holes in the walls and install new bathroom towel and toilet tissue fixtures at no extra charge.
