When I first asked for a quote to clean my patio, a representative of the company, named Carmen, had me send pictures of the space and gave me a formal quote. Carmen was always attentive to every question I had about the process to clean my patio and always gave me a straight answer. Wandel, the cleaner, was on time for the job and power washed the fence, windows, cement patio and did yard/waste removal. Handel even came back for a second day to continue to thoroughly clean that patio upon request. The patio space looks beautiful now. I highly recommend using Square Services!"

"Jacqueline was AMAZING. I originally got an Angie’s List deal from another company and had them come in to do a cleaning, and I thought they did an ok job. However, I when I booked them I told them I’d want them to come back weekly until the house sold...getting them to respond and schedule the next week was a nightmare, so I gave up. The experience with Jackie of TopLine has been the complete opposite end of the spectrum. From the initial contact with Angie’s List, through to her helping me clean after moving out, she been amazing. I think I initially emailed her through Angie’s List on a Sunday, and she emailed me right back. We talked on the phone so I could tell her exactly what I needed, and she stopped by later that day to see my house and give me a free quote. "Walter and his crew first cleaned my new house before we moved in to remove any cat dander left by the previous owners. He cleaned every nook and cranny so well that I haven't had any problems with allergies since I've moved in. 
Since then we have hired Walter to clean our house every two weeks for a very reasonable price. We have a four bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,600 SF colonial house in Westford, MA. Walter and crew clean every part of the house and Walter has even cleaned our sun porch during warm weather.
I can't say enough good things about Walter. He is very professional, punctual and personable. His attention to detail is remarkable. He even dusts the large chandelier hanging in our hallway -- he's tall enough to reach it from the second floor landing. We have multiple surfaces in this new house (granite, marble, stainless as well as ceramic tile and hardwood floors) and Walter cleans each one perfectly with the appropriate cleaning products for each one. Since several of those surfaces are new to me, especially the granite and marble, it is a relief that I can trust Walter with them.
I think trust is the right word to sum up my experience with Walter -- I trust that he will clean our house perfectly and treat everything with care.
