"The job went very well! Brandon was punctual, right on-time! He brought his equipment and tools inside and then covered the staircase with cloth tarps to protect them. He also placed large sturdy paper covering on the flooring, all the way to the front door! The paper quality was high grade and was taped to the floor. Plaster is a beautiful finish but is labor-intensive to install and remove. It’s vulnerable to cracking and more sensitive to moisture variance than drywall. Installing plaster on a new wall is an expensive process that can take days to weeks, depending on the scope. Removing a plaster wall can also be quite expensive and time-consuming.

If you plan on heating your garage, you must install a vapor barrier when drywalling the garage. A vapor barrier protects your garage from frost and mold that can occur through condensation.
