Thank you for considering R.A.S. Associates. My name is Stephen W. Cartwright, PLS and as the principal and owner I would like to introduce myself. I am a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with over thirty four years of experience focusing with property surveys in the greater Falmouth area and the South Shore. During my professional career, I have also gained valuable experience having been a principal consultant associated with several of the largest public works and mass transportation projects in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This has provided me a valuable insight into the area of property law. As our primary area of focus is Cape Cod and the Plymouth area, I promise, prompt, professional work in all that we do.
