Steve was very thorough and backed up my survey with lots of research of original plot of street and the type of deed and my rights and privileges that come with that deed type. Excellent service and I learned lots along the way

Steve was prompt in coming to my house on a Saturday. I hired him on the spot and he did the work that day. He hand delivered my elevation certificate with 4 originals. Because my house is a few inches above the flood plan he also submitted the forms to FEMA for an exemption (LOMA).
