"They did a great job, but a little forgetful on specifics. They came back at no extra cost to re-prime things using the paints we wanted and paint a couple things they forgot to get (inside a closet for example.) They were apologetic once I pointed out they forgot. So I'd still use them again, but make sure I put down in writing exactly what I wanted and that way they would remember. They also came to look and give a quote the day after I called and were able to paint two weeks later. They did a good job and it was nice to have it done while we were away."

"The deal is really not labelled well. There is no fine print discussing the terms and it's only after you purchase that you find out that the deal is only good for UP TO 6 hours of wall paper removal for one room only. I feel this should be explicitly stated so that there is no confusion afterwards. Basically, if your "one room" only takes 2 hours to complete, that's all you get, even if you have more rooms that need wallpaper removed. The deal should be called "One room of wall paper removal for up to 6 hours of labor". 
Aside from that criticism, the project went well overall. The original date I had picked was scheduled and then the day before they were supposed to come out, they called and rescheduled because the weather had caused some back-up in their appointments. This was a little bit of a pain because I had taken the day off to be home for the work to be done. But they showed up on time for the re-scheduled appointment. The woman who did the work was nice and polite, and completed all of the rooms I needed done because the wallpaper came of with very little effort and she was able to get through all three rooms in under 2 hours.

"Richard Froais and his very capable crew saved us from a possible disaster. What started as a simple crack in the ceiling quickly turned into a major construction project after we discovered mold inside our ceiling and walls. Richard helped us determine the problem (a water leak inside the walls) and worked with us to formulate a practical, affordable plan to fix it. We have an old house, so while the crew was taking down the ceiling, they discovered we had four layers of wallboard and plaster that had to come down. They demolished one wall as well. Richard identified the source of the mold inside the ceiling and eliminated it at the source. During this process we discovered that we had to replace all the plumbing in our upstairs bathroom (the original source of the problem) - Richard figured out how to do this without taking apart our bathroom (thus saving tons of time and money) and now my plumbing is up to code and my drains work like a dream. To make matters worse, we discovered old wiring just dangling in the walls - a clear fire hazard (we are lucky the house never burnt down) Richard had his team replace it and brought the whole room (along with the house breaker box) up to code. The walls and ceiling went back together, the room was painted, wallpapered and, at the last minute, Richard was able to get his floor guys to re-do the oak floors. All of this was done in less than 5 weeks so we were able to hold our annual Thanksgiving open house, just like always! During the job, Richard and his crew were professional, conscientious and helpful. They were very respectful and careful of our property. They cleaned up after themselves, were always polite and worked with us every step of the way. We felt the price for the job was more than fair, communication was consistent and professional and all our questions were answered quickly and completely.
