The company might have fixed the mistake, but we asked them to leave it for reasons unrelated to the work. The job ran over budget, we were told, and Mr Peters offered to honor the high "worst case" end of the estimated range. We negotiated in good faith about the damages but were met with skepticism and gaslighting."
