Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. "They wee fantastic! We had a root break the pipe between us and the town sewar system, so everything backed up into the main toilet and bath. They cam early, determined the problem, and then dug up the piper until they found the break and then repaired the pipe. They got a small backhoe in to dig up the pipe until they found the break. They replaced the dirt, grass and plants after they repaired it, staying late to be sure the job was completed. I could not recommend them more highly."
