"The gentleman who showed up was prompt and very courteous, but unfortunately that was the only positive thing I can say.He was here for 40 minutes, charged me 200 dollars and told me he couldnâ t fix it in my garage, because the oil was sludge and he may or may not be able to fix it, but he would have to take it back to the shop and it would cost me 80 dollars an hour to try to fix it.When I gave him a check for his time and asked for a receipt, he looked at me like I was asking for a kidney, and wrote something down on apiece of notebook paper, which was supposed to be a receipt.It was not an invoice with the company name or any reference to their business license.I later received an explanation from somebody in the office, that they would send me an invoice for the work done.I have never had any contractor not present a proper business receipt to me when I have given them a check, prior to this."

"The person arrived about 15 min. early, 7:45am and started the work, the individual was professional, neat, clean and plight. He asked me what the job curtailed to confirm what he had on his work order which I mentioned above. It took him about 8 hours to completed. The company sent another person and a supervisor to assist him during the day for about 2 hours, while the work was being done. After he completed the work, he went over all the areas he had done with me and explained exactly what was done in detail. This individual did an outstanding job in a short period of time. This is a great company I will recommend to my friends and family to use in the future. And the pricing is very reasonble too."
