"This project was a relatively minor renovation of a bathroom: replacing sink, toilet, shower door, countertop, backsplash, mirror, faucet, light fixture, towel bars, and other accessories, and then painting. It went extremely well throughout. Superior was quite busy with larger projects, but the scheduling was quick, and the work was done when promised. Brandon could not have been more professional or responsive, his workers were all great, work quality was outstanding, and they were fastidious in maintaining a clean work environment, keeping dust out of the rest of my home, and cleaning up after themselves. Can't say enough good about them. Will definitely use again.

The cabinet installation was expertly done, with a keen eye to the smallest details.  Each staff member along the way was courteous and helpful.  Our rooms have been transformed into beautiful, comfortable and very functional spaces, due in large part to the cabinetry.  We are very pleased!

"George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. He and Dave were a pleasure and I really appreciated it and I would absolutely hire them again."

"Eddie was mostly great but one grade off because he told me I needed a new toilet not for it to be unplugged; turns out after installing a new toilet this weekend it still actually needs to be unplugged. But the sink he unplugged works great. I just wish my toilet did too."

"I tried to clear both of these myself, unsuccessfully. Clearing one sink was complicated by some old and delicate piping that we didn't want to damage. He stuck with it, was very careful, and managed to clear both without needing to open walls or cut and replace pipe. Hurray!"

"Our furnace quit.  On the coldest day of the winter.  In New England.  Pretty much a worst-case scenario.  Titan came out on the same day (for an extra fee) and determined that we needed a whole new furnace since the motherboard was fried.  The soonest they could install it would be in 4 days and would cost $5,000.  At that point, we were not in a position to either negotiate or shop around so agreed.  As frustrating as the situation was, the technician was extremely friendly and understanding, he even left us a space heater for a few days.  The house got down to 40 degrees in the intervening time.  On the day of installation, they were provided with the wrong pieces, so were delayed in starting the job for an hour, normally not a big deal but a bit frustrating when it's 40 degrees in the house.  They finished on time, the furnace worked and the inspection a few days later was easy.
Overall, they were a bit more expensive than I was expecting and they took a bit longer than it should in an emergency but they were extremely professional and I would use them again.
