"Went great.  Bob was very thorough and takes a lot of pride in his work.  He worked closely with both my wife and I to choose and install new tile, tub walls, roof and fixtures.  He even worked with us to help install a custom quartz countertop that we purchased separately (most contractors wouldn't be willing to offer tips and help since we didn't purchase it through them).  He also allowed me to do a lot of the demo to save money, although that is more difficult than it looks so I'd think twice before doing it yourself.  Overall we are very happy with our experience.
