"I called Dave on a Thursday night and he returned my call within one hour. He came to my condo on Saturday morning and gave me a price. He came over the following Wednesday to prime the walls and returned on Thursday to wallpaper the room. Dave is a great worker, honest, dependable, very organized, neat, polite, and an all American guy next door type. Did I mention that he does great work? I have plans for him to return next year to paint my upstairs ceilings!"

"Excellent job to Mario and his crew! Mario showed up at the job within 30 minutes of me contacting him. He looked at the job, gave me a quote and started 3 days later. They showed up on time everyday, worked professionally. I spoke with him and his crewman several times and they are very polite, professional and very detailed. There was one small issue and he contacted me right away to let me know about it and how he was going to fix it. The condo was completely finished in 3 days, that included ceilings, trim, closets and walls. Not a paint splatter on any of the carpet or a drip on any of the walls. PERFECTION! "Cobra Painting was very professional. We had a quote from another person who had done work for us before but had to drop out. I contacted Ron from from Cobra Painting and he and Larry came over the next day a Friday, to see the the room and received a quote as promised, on Monday. We, accepted and they came that Friday and completed the job in one day. They caulked both windows put made the base board flush with the wall that was to be papered. The also called all the nail holes in the wood work and sanded. They did a great job putting up the wallpaper and the painting. I am very particular about pattern matching and the wallpaper looks great. The cleaned up after themselves and left the floor cleaner than the found it."

Ede came in and removed all cabinet doors and drawers and took them to the Bright shop for prep work and spay painting.

Ede and Sam came back with the doors and drawers and worked very hard for 2 days, taping, covering priming sanding  and finishing. The doors and drawers were re-installed and the entire area thoroughly cleaned.

We could not be happier. The guys took off their shoes while in the house, were friendly and could not do enough for us. There was one minor issue that was my fault and they came back within a day and took care of it.

"Edson, the owner of ESP Painting, showed up early to give us a quote and was able to give us a very accurate estimate approximately five minutes after he'd left, sitting his truck outside the unit. : )  I needed to amend our original schedule and he was extremely accommodating. The painter moved very quickly and did an excellent job. They used top quality paints, the area was clean when I returned, and there was no confusion re paint colors. I wholeheartedly recommend ESP for painting jobs.
However, I asked them to also remove the old plastic baseboards and replace them with new ones. ESP contracted out the replacement job to someone who a). called me but did not leave his name or contact information, leaving me hanging when I needed to reschedule; b). installed the baseboards but did not paint them per our spoken agreement; c). managed to break the toilet in the unit (the water was running, and he managed to break the shutoff valve); d). only agreed to paint the baseboards after I pitched a minor fit to Edson (who was very responsive); and e). started texting me for payment A DAY AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED.  Net 30, anyone?  Give me some time to put it in the mail, anyone?  Did not dock his compensation for the $200 I had to pay a handyman to repair the toilet, either.
So I recommend that you use ESP for paint jobs, but find your own carpenter.

Rodolfo always returns my calls, shows up on time and completes a project on time or early. Every time I have used Rodolfo's services he has gone above and beyond for me. Rodolfo is also very personable and makes you feel comfortable around him and his employees. In our most recent project he drywalled three rooms which included all the walls and ceilings. Removed wallpaper and then skim coated walls. Rodolfo's finishing work with the trim was beautiful! When it came to color suggestion he walked me through the process of picking the perfect color. "He started out on the inside and then we hired him to paint the outside and the basement.  Marcio is a true professional who takes great pride in his work.  We had an electrician remove knob and tube wiring leaving holes in the walls.  Marcio removed wallpaper, patched the holes and painted the walls and ceilings.  He even installed baseboard in the kitchen.  When he did the outside, he replaced drainpipes and repaired rotten sills or holes in the exterior. He has attention to detail.  I had never used a painter before, but now I found someone that is a true artist that I would trust to do an exceptional job.
