The men who worked on my home were all quite patient with me & good naturedly 'fixed' issues I saw, which overall were quite minor.  Everyone who worked in my home was a gentleman and patient with my requests. I appreciated the pride in workmanship of those working for Top Notch.  Occasionally I felt the project manager was over committed with other jobs also requiring supervision, but I was able to point this out to him with out any defensiveness on his part.  Overall a great crew to work with and exceedingly trustworthy. my home is on the market at 244,900, before the work, my realtor had suggested 219,900. It's a tough time of year to sell,  but hopefully the bump in price will hold up in our current market.  It was much easier having someone else coordinate all of the work rather than trying to do it myself."
