"They system was installed for the basic, but anything that you wanted needed to be higher upgraded require alot of extra money for every upgrade.
 The 36.99 monthly fee was for only if your system is connected to a landline. I didnnt notice that they charge me $44.99 until my 1st month fee. Thats when I was told that they charge $44.99 because the alram was connected to my cable line instead. I was unaware of the different charges. When tec came out he didnt show up to fix the corrected. Had to call the main company for the no show. So they schedule another appointment and offered 2 window alarms to fix the correction but my bill still is $44.99. Default is that since I didnt have extra money to upgrade to the Pulse, you dont know if you turn the alarm to your house properly. I called the 800 number and they cant tell either!

"John came out within an hour of me calling him because he knew my situation was dire with my children doing remote learning. They were here for over an hour trying to figure out why the internet was not extending to our attic with the extenders we had in place. John helped me find the proper extender online that I needed and told me to call them back if I had any issues. Unfortunately after installing the new product we were still having issues in our attic. I called John back and he came out within 2 hours of calling him. It was determined that a hardwire connection needed to be installed in the attic. They spent roughly 4 hours running the wire from our router on the first floor, into our basement, out the side of the house, and up to our 3rd floor (install was so discreet you canâ t even tell itâ s there). They cleaned up after themselves, were very informative and dedicated to making sure the problem was solved before leaving. They were also very friendly and easy to talk to, and that by far is the most important thing to me when doing business with someone-especially when theyâ re in your home. I would recommend John and his team to anyone, and intend on calling them for our future projects."
