"Brent and his guys were the best! I am exceedingly happy I selected them to replace my septic tank. This was a major project for me that had the potential to delay the sale of our home. Brent & company came in with the knowledge, equipment and skills that were required to complete the job professionally and efficiently. There was a couple of unforeseen issues but Brent was able to resolve them without batting an eye! He also absorbed the added costs on his own even though I offered to split the difference. I had contacted a number of other firms top do this job and Brent came back with the most professional and detailed quote. He then came out promptly for a site survey- something most of the others did not deem necessary. Placing either a layer of mixed-size gravel or a paver base under your crushed concrete driveway is a good idea. The smaller pieces will compress and prevent the larger pieces of concrete from driving into the soil below, helping to avoid sinking over time under the weight of vehicles. Poor soil that led to premature cracks in your existing concrete can quickly lead to even more cracks and problems if you don’t fix the root cause of the cracked concrete.

When you are laying hardwood flooring—or any other material that does not flex well with humidity—you will want to check the moisture level of your subfloor before proceeding. Flooring like luxury vinyl tile and bamboo performs better than more rigid materials in environments where moisture might be present. However, thorough testing is always an excellent preventative measure to control and monitor water in your home.
