we are a local major appliance repair company in business for almost 30 years . i have a fully stocked truck to ensure most calls can be finished in a timely mannor mostly on the first call. and for a price that you can afford. most calls are done on the same day . on washers dryers stoves ,refrig and dishwashers and disposals. we also repair ,viking stoves and bosh.

"Fridge stopped working. No lights, no functions at all. They arrived in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem as a dead fuse in a circuit board which required a new circuit board. After the job was completed, I looked it up online and replacing the fuse is not an easy fix, requiring some soldering, etc. The fridge is also working better now with the new board. Using fridge thermometers, it had to set the fridge compartment at 46° to get it at 37°, Now it's just a couple of degrees off. I'm really glad they fixed it, because I've read there's a nationwide shortage of large appliances the last several months. The repair guys were pleasant and professional."

"After having to play phone tag with them, they scheduled me Then they forgot about the appointment When the tech finally came out 2 weeks later, he ran the washer without telling anybody Told me that I needed a new new water filter Proceeded to leave and I had to contact them after about two more weeks for them to set me up for the following week The following week came and on the day of my appointment they called me and said that they damaged the part so they can't do my appointment It's been 3 weeks since then and I contacted them to see what was up. I called them and left a voicemail and got no response. I texted them and got no response. I contacted GE and they are filing a complaint with this company. They also ship the part directly to me and are finding a new technician. Upon getting the serial number and model number for my appliance I discovered mold that has been there for a month because the tech never said he ran it. May need entire new washer. Not recommended."

"From the beginning, I found the email customer support provided by Lisa, the Contractors Home Applicance owner, exceptional. We needed a fridge to replace our dying 2003 GE, and we have a very narrow and shallow alcove in our kitchen to fit it in. Lisa provided excellent service through email working with us to find a fridge that would fit. Because if was during COVID, the model that would work for us wasn't available as the Fisher and Paykel factory had slowed or stopped production due to the pandemic. After helping us to find the right model, Lisa helped us obtain a $200 discount, and an extended five year warranty, and put the purchase through on MA tax free weekend, which brought our overall price down significantly. Lisa kept us posted on the order status and when models might be available. Although we had to wait a couple of months, we were informed about when we could expect delivery. She helped us get in touch with an installation tech who arrived at the same time as the delivery truck and hooked up the icemaker. The fridge is beautiful, fit perfectly in the space, and the temperature remains constant. Although Fisher and Paykel is expensive, they do seem to make a quality fridge, and their rebate and warranty extension (from 2 years to 5 years as long as you register it) was quite attractive. I can't say enough about the information Lisa provided ahead of our purchase with no guarantee that we would buy. You definitely want to do business with Contractors Home Appliance.
