"They did not come for the scheduled appointment for the carpet install. When I called to notify them no work was done they offered me a$100 credit since we took off work to be home for the appointment and needed to re schedule with them."

"I own a lot of commercial real estate. I've had them install carpet in many suites that I own. They've been working for me for 40 years, and they do a wonderful job.
