"Grass365 New England installed turf around our pool area and we couldn't be happier with the results. The area was full of weeds and we couldn't grow grass but now we have a beautifully green area installed by a great crew who were absolute professionals. We had a special request of the crew for where the transition occurred between the turf and other areas of the yard and they were more than happy to make it happen. We have rock edging and many river stones around the area and the crew ensured the turf looks great in those areas. I will hire Jeff and the crew again when we look to expand the turf area in our yard."

A crew member unfamiliar with the specialized mowers (he's usually using the trimmer) was perhaps a bit too eager and left a few tall weeds behind. Contacting Mike, I hoped they might simply attend to the one small worrisome area. Instead, they returned the very next day and redid the entire property ! "When recommended they called me within 15 mins, and said he would be there the next day to give me an estimate. He showed up on time and we discussed what I wanted done. He quoted me a great price, I signed the paperwork, he stated he couldn't get it done for a couple of weeks, before the 2 weeks I got a call saying they would be there the next day in which they were. They were there for 2 days and you couldn't ask for better service. They cleaned up much more that I would have expected, the men were very courteous and respectful.
