Bob does excellent carpentry and finish work and is an extremely hard worker. He has also done wood gutter repair, cleaning and sealing, hung exterior doors and installed exterior wood railings for us. The various projects have involved a significant amount of high exterior painting. He has a wide range of skills and excellent problem-solving ability. "Nick was great to work with. He responded very quickly and came out to perform the estimate in a very timely manner. He was extremely easy to work with and provided a competitive price. He performed multiple electrical tasks during this particular project. He installed a Tesla universal wall connector for me on the side of my house, which was 50 feet away from the panel. He also installed an additional electrical circuit on the exterior of my house and installed a generator interlock kit and generator hook up. The job was done very well with everything meeting my expectations. To be honest, I couldn’t be happier than the work Nick did here and how quickly I was able to get it done. "Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."
