Then, trying to find someone who does everything we wanted: granite steps, faux stone facing and sides, white railings, and the ability to tear up and lower my walkway then redo it to make the first step 7” was an even bigger challenge. We finally found the right guy/company and we are very happy with the results. Walter Santos of W. Santos Construction did it all for us. He started within days of us accepting his proposal. He was kind, communicated the next steps with us well, and the quality was fantastic. I was outside tonight taking photos and a family was taking a walk stopped me to ask who did the steps because “they make the house.” I took some dry and wet pics after the dust was washed off and I’m very happy with the results. "Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
