Came prepared with precision tools, sawhorse and saw, used exact measurement skills and wasted no time. Also replaced a broken front step. Doug was professional, very experienced and took care that the job was done right. Price was lower than I expected! I will be calling him for a lot more carpentry work needed on this old house. "We needed a new roof on our home due it being extremely old. G&O did an amazing job with doing this project for us. Every day they were there early am until late at night working to make sure the roof was completely in a timely manner. All of the workers were nice, polite and extremely informative with any questions we had. By the time they were done, you couldn't even tell they were there with how well they cleaned up all around our house. Nick (owner) came to check in everyday to make sure everything was going the way it was supposed to and maintained constant communication with us the entire job. Compared to other companies we checked with, G&O was definitely the best priced. We will definitely be using them in the future for additional home construction projects!"

"Daragh and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with for my painting projects. I had a huge delay with my contractor which minimized the painting window to about 10 days. Naturally Daragh was booked, but he understood I had an emergency in that I had to move in in less than 2 weeks so he worked long days squeezing me in mornings and on weekends. The job required moving of curtain rods and blind hardware which Daragh handled in the most logical manner depending on the situation - rehanging, setting the holes for the hardware, repairing damage from the prior install, etc. He repaired ice dam damage and was very patient while I took excessive time to try a million colors. He is simply an extremely kind and highly skilled person. Also, I'm writing the review 3-4 months after the work was done as I like to see how completed work holds up and sometimes it takes a while to catch issues - in this case, all is still just perfect! I have two more large projects to do and will definitely call him again, Oh, his pricing was very fair - out of four quotes he was second lowest. You should call him too but not until he's done at my house :)!"
