( did I mention that his price also covered Benjamin Moore's paint! The quality of the work? Spectacular!!!. WOW...his team..His team — men and women!!! — were ALL equally respectful, skilled, and kind. The care they put into their work honestly brought me to tears more than once. This is my daughter’s first home, but my fourth — I’ve done complete renovations before, hired many contractors, added basements, pools, in-law apartments. But I’ve never met anyone like Bruno. We’re now getting our estimate next for the kitchen, and the basement. Then by the end of the year the exterior. We don’t have a big budget — just heart and determination — and Bruno has treated our home like his own. "Chris is super responsive! He called right away and came by at my convenience to look at the space.  Initially I wanted him to strip the wallpaper in my kitchen, resurface, and paint the walls.  All for the coupon.  Since I never had any painting job done I did not realize the magnitude of the job I was asking.  Chris was wonderful and explained that my living room (which had not been painted since 2002) could be accommodated well in the coupon price. In contrast, my sister had work on her condo and pointed out that her contractors took coupons too but then she was stuck after paying the difference. Creative Painters came in promptly and did exactly as they said they would.  Now I have a lovely "new" living room for Thanksgiving!
Chris is very personable and explains in very thorough detail what needs to be done, what can be done, and what he expects of you the home owner. I would highly recommend you listen to him (maybe take notes :) ).  I made one error by not following his recommendation of paint brand and type (the busybody at Home Depot thought she was being helpful I am sure even though she contradicted him). He still made it work!!!
I cannot say enough good about this company and service.  I  plan to call Creative Painters and Chris again when I finally get my plan for the kitchen together (sooo many details besides painting!)
