Claude responded quickly, got the information he needed, and sent us a quote. Once we accepted, he ordered all the materials and set up a time for installation. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and then did the installation. Afterwards, he went over everything in detail, giving us tips on the accessories, changing the bag in the vacuum unit, maintenance,etc. The installation was very neatly done. Claude is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He told us to contact him if we ever have any service issues. They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.
