"The entire process could not have gone more smoothly.  I called Stephen and he returned my phone call within the hour.  I described the area that I wanted to have cleaned and he came out the next day to give me a free estimate.  His estimate was reasonable and he was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out to do the clean up the next week.  He arrived promptly at 8:00 am - the agreed upon time - to let me know that he was there and if there were any last minute changes to the job.

He did a fantastic job and cleared away all of the brush, debris, etc.  Even better, I was only to send the payment provided I was satisfied with his results!  Who does that these days??

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Our only disappointment was their inexperience working with large insurance claims. By February, our home was severely damage by ice dams. We were never able to enter into a contract to renovate our home and make it ready for sale.
