He and Austin spent about 8 hour putting up blue board over an old ceiling and in a closet, three coating everything, and touching up dents and areas where the trim had damaged the horse-hair plaster. Everything looks good, they definitely breathed new life into an old room. The plaster's about dry now, ready for a final quick sanding, primer and paint. "This is the 3rd time we worked with Vanildo over many years. Not only it’s always pleasant working with him and his team, but it’s also always a great value with Vanildo, too. We actually have somewhat of a bigger project for him. He is responsible for the painting and wall/ceiling repair in a bigger kitchen project. Basically, others come to tear down walls and poke wholes in my popcorn ceilings and he has to repair and patch all that and paint over 3 ceilings, 3 walls in the living/dining area (color matching the existing walls) and paint a whole kitchen. The job took two days to repair and prep and then paint. They tried their best to cover up all my furniture and belongings, and the floor to prevent paint and plaster falling on them. Even if there were little bits sprayed or splashed outside, as long as you see them, he’s always willing to clean up humbly. He told us he can’t see everything, so if we see something just let him know, he’ll correct it. We love his humble attitude, and that’s partly what makes him so easy to work with. Even after 2 days, when we saw something not working the way we expected, I took a picture, sent it to him, he responded right away and scheduled ASAP to come and fix the problem. We highly recommend Vanildo’s service, we think it’s quality work at great value."

"Jane and Brandon are outstanding people to work with and truly live up to their company's name. 
We made an appointment with Jane to meet us in our (one bathroom) condo which my sister had lived in for more than 30 years. Jane listened to what we wanted, which turned out to be a full remodel!  She took some measurements, and promised to get back to us in a few days with a plan and cost estimate. We were also concerned about losing the "bathroom functionality" as we had no back-up, but she assured us they could do something to keep us "going" while the renovation was going on.  Thanks to her advice, suggestions, and support, the bathroom was spot on in terms of the timing of the job, and, more importantly, cost. Her suggestions between the bathroom fixtures, cabinetry, paint, tile flooring, and accessories, were perfect for what we were looking for.  She also served as point person with neighbors and such as the work at times impacted other owners. 
Her partner, Brandon, and his team were meticulous in every aspect of the rework, both during and after the renovation.  They were perfectionists ... and this was especially evident in our small bathroom where every detail is so obvious.  Not to mention that he was so polite, respectful, and caring as he came in and out of the condo regularly.

"Amazing! This is the second time I've used Daddy & Junior Paint and I am once again happy. The first project he did for me was a small job. Some ceiling repair and painting and I was very happy with the work he did so reached out to him for a much bigger project. Roldolfo removed a ceiling that had been ruined by a leaky roof and took the paneling off of the walls in a large space (approximately 700 SF). He then resheetrocked everything, mudded, painted and did the trim and crown molding. It came out beautiful. The space looks so much better than it did before. Much cleaner and the space actually looks bigger! Very happy and will gladly hire again for future projects."
