"The reason I chose this company is because I was impressed by the detailed description of their work on their website. I needed a 450 sq ft condo cleaned after a tenant moved out. I paid $400 for 4 hours of work (supposedly) and, much to my surprise and dismay, several things were left filthy or untouched. There was debris in the cabinets and closet (spilled salt, pots & pans, an iron, etc.), the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned, and most of what was promised was not provided. All in all, it was just a basic cleaning that should’ve cost half of what it cost and taken half the time it supposedly took. I chose this company because I was expecting a spotless deep cleaning, which is not what I received... there was absolutely no attention to detail. That said, Mauricio was very nice and passionate about his business, which is why I rated a B instead of a C for overall satisfaction."
