"The crew arrived on Sunday, September 16, 2012.  Removed old shingles and replaced with new.  Ran a little short on materials, so returned on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 and completed job.
I spoke to Mr. Strahan about the professionalism of the crew.  If I wasn't having the siding replaced, we would have had a problem.  The crew put several marks/scratches on the existing siding.
Mr. Strahan was very concerned and said he would make it right.  I told him he didn't have to since I was having it replaced.  I just told him he might want to have a talk with his crew.

Also why the poles on my side gate aren't fitting as the old poles were before they move the gate from the back to the side. Poles on gate are way too tall and there is a wide opening at the top of gate that doesn't line up with the rest of my fencing"

"At first, I gave Mr Gunn a great review due to his quick response and taking care of any issue that I didn't know about. One of the repairs he did for me was to fix a leak in our building and cool seal seams. He guaranteed the leak for six months. (written on receipt). Within a month and a half the leak returned. I have called, left messages for Mr Gunn on 4 different occasions, with no response. Not good business practices."
