"Great hire. Mr. Galvan came, assessed the job and gave me an estimate the same day. Both days of the job he, and his crew, were on time, professional and very easy to work with. Pricing was great and work was completed as agreed upon. The results were excellent. "I had them do some siding repair on two outbuildings (a shop and shed). I also had them do some drywall repair and recaulking of two bathtubs. I'll start with the siding. It was fine for the most part, but initially they did not have the new siding go far enough down the side of the building. I pointed this out and they said it went down to the slab (on the shop). But it was clear that it didn't match the end corners (those went down further). Moreover, on the shed, the siding did not go far enough down on 3 of the 4 sides. Anyway, they fixed it and added more siding. It looks fine now, but the fact that I had to point this out was annoying. If I had not pushed to have that done, this would have caused problems later for those two outbuildings. The bottom of the *interior* of the buildings would eventually rot because they would have not been protected. The point of siding is too prevent that type of damage to the interior. The drywall repair was fine, so I'll move onto the recaulking of the tubs. I clearly said to RE-caulk both tubs. What they actually did was to put more caulk *over* the old caulk (which has mildew stains on it). W**!? This is not at all correct. This is incompetence. This is extremely infuriating because I am trying to get the house ready to sell, now I have to deal with this. Do not use these people."
