"Hunter was very polite and very flexible, but we were charged by the square foot and many pieces of furniture were not moved for cleaning. If we needed to have pieces moved for the cleaning that should have been said prior to their arrival. It felt as if they were rushing to get the job done so quickly that they left areas undone. We were left with one restroom left undone and a white residue on the floors and baseboards. Hunter was very apologetic and did return to clean the floor in the bathroom and wipe down the baseboards. Over-all I feel they are capable of doing a great job, but our marble floors were a bit of a challenge and they underestimated the amount of time that would be needed for the cleaning."

Once approved by FEMA, Mr. Mike came with his crew and fixed my roof in 1 day. I find Mr. Mike and company totally professional and courteous. He worked with me with the money FEMA gave me. He took the time to come in my house to see if any water damage was in any room. Mr. Mike was patient with me, explained everything clearly and thoroughly of what was going to be done. I am a senior and his courtesy and patience is so appreciated. He was timely, efficient and a job very well done. For the money, they did an excellent job.
