"They replaced our 48 year old a/c duct work, sanitized attic space (rodent activity noted), sealed all rodent entry points around home, including weep holes and around pipes, and blew in 4? of TAP pest control insulation (rated R30) on top of the existing insulation we had. It was an expensive project but I feel like it was worth it and will be good re-sale upgrade if we ever sell our home plus it gives me peace of mind that hopefully critters will not make their home in our attic space. It has only been a few days, so too early to determine energy savings although I was told the added insulation would make our home 10 degrees cooler. I will know better after we get a few more electric bills. The crew arrived on time and a supervisor was on site for the entire project, which took most of the day. They did an excellent job of cleaning up before they left."

"It is hard to adequately describe the superior level of service from this company. Within minutes after looking for this service I received a phone call from Austin and he was there the next morning to inspect my house and give me an thorough education on our problem . . . even addressing concerns about rodent and insect entry points. He as very professional in his demeanor but more importantly, it was evident he was here to help, not just "make a sale." He kept us advised at every step of the way, was very interesting to talk to and became a friend. His work crew worked quietly, quickly and professionally in a very clean manner. (I expected to have "stuff" all over the place.) They were very orderly and cleaned up, even blowing leaves off my patio!!! I AM recommending them to everyone. I will chart my utility bills this coming summer and let you guys know the savings. Thank you so so so much!!"

"Both the inspector and the treatment guy were very friendly and professional. The inspector assessed our problem as an infection with fleas from a pet bird and he appeared to be right, however, the treatment guy said that he should have also checked for bedbugs. The treatment for fleas seem to have corrected our problem."

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."

"They have been very helpful. The refrigerator we had, had a control panel that they could not replace, so they gave us options and we were able to get a new refrigerator. They have saved us a lot of money over the year. They probably saved us $5000 on an AC issue. They are very prompt at responding and have been very professional."
