"I called primarily because we had'nt used the insert in a few years and had gotten a wasp's nest in the chimney which was removed when we had the roof redone.  I wanted to find out if a screen could be put on top to stop wasps from getting in.  After being told they had had a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to get to me they could'nt do anything  but put on a new cap for 400 to 500 dollars which would make it worth their while for the trip.  They did'nt do a cleaning and were here for about 20 minutes.  It was a special they were running for a cleaning and inspection.

The front entry and carport are getting ready to be updated. The columns are to be replaced and a retaining rock wall will be installed. "The CHW Tech was unable to connect the air condition to the Nest thermostat because it was not registering but he was able to provide us with cool air until the previous HVAC company was able to come and fix the system the next day. I had to pay the CHW Tech for the entire service but was reimbursed by the original company that installed the furnace because they knew that this was their error."

We showed David a picture and he copied it perfectly. He communicated with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He had a lot to do when putting in the stove. Cabinets and tile had to be cut out. Completed job was a professional installation that we are very happy with. We will without a doubt use David again and we feel very fortunate to have found him!!
