He has a dense network of subcontractors to work with, and he monitors their work closely. Randy excels working on old homes like ours, and is creative at working within a budget. A local contractor performed the worst construction work I’d ever seen and most of the work was done behind walls, when inspectors saw the work they couldn’t believe it.
