"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"I was originally scheduled for the service in July but the day of the appointment the tech got tied up with another client and wasn't able to keep the appointment.  He notified me of his predicament when I called wondering if he was coming since it was past the scheduled window period for the appointment.  He was surprised that the office hadn't notified me earlier that I would have to reschedule.  I was told that the office would contact me to reschedule.  When I hadn't heard from anyone a week later I initiated the call and voiced my concern that I had to contact them instead of the other way around.  Although apologetic, it did not appear that there was any note on my account detailing the need to call me to reschedule due to the tech's involvement with another client. I wasn't happy that I had to take time off from work twice to get the work done but understood it was an emergency. I was more unhappy that the "office" hadn't followed through.
