"The painter arrived 30 minutes late but was prepared for the job. She came in and  got right to work. She laid the drop cloth to protect the floors and painted my children's bedrooms with two coats of paint and did all the trim. We were informed that because of the type of paint on the walls we would need two coats and my husband was able to go out and purchase more. The painter worked for the eight hours and did a great job. This was done through a painting coupon offered by the company. I would read the fine print because it only covers two rooms in the house, which I was unaware of. I was told this by the painter I didn't see it in the description of the service.

"The salesman Neil is great in the products and service that he sells. He promises to inspect the windows when they are completely installed to make sure that we were completely satisfied and that the job was done to perfection. Once we signed on the dotted line and paid him a check we never heard from him again. We had several different installers before the job was finished. They weren't prompt nor did they call to let you know they were going to be late or one time just didn't show up. They are extremely sloppy and messed up some of the trim on the outside of the house. The office staff is nice and tries to be helpful but they aren't the installers."
