"I never heard of this type of cleaning. I took a chance because of the tech I talked to. Nehemiah listened very well to my concerns. The price also convinced me. He did a splendid job. I could not believe what came out of my carpet! Not just dirt, but, smells from a cat that I had years ago! So gross. When the carpet dried, I noticed I wasn't blowing my nose anymore.
