"I’ve had 5 plumbers come to my house to try and fix a problem I was having with my water heater. Bruce is the only one who actually took the burner assembly apart, cleaned the burner which was covered with trash, and replaced the thermocoupler. After reassembling the burner unit, Bruce waited around for a few minutes to make sure everything was working properly. I am very impressed with his concern for customer satisfaction. Bruce is now my “go to” guy for all my plumbing needs."

"Such a great experience. They were very kind from the start. The sales representative explained everything to me and how everything works and I loved the process and professionalism. He also worked with me to give me a price I would actually afford which I thought I wouldnâ t be able to afford it at first. They were able to give me the shower of my dreams. The rep worked with me to help me build what I wanted. The installation process was so fast! They were in and out in a day. They made sure to keep my house clean and they were nice and respectful. "The tub is wonderful! Installation of the tub was ok except for the widening of the bathroom door. The door trim was wrong and the door itself was not straight. The threshold was not installed at all. Paid an additional $700 to get the door rehung."
