Awesome customer service! He was very punctual and with my husband not being home he explained everything thoroughly. He showed me how to fix the problem if it ever occurred again. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work done as well as the courtesy and professionalism I had the pleasure to experience from Discount Plumbing both from the operator who took my call (I only wish I knew her name) to Jermon Brown, the repairman who did the work for me (top shelf, all around). My problem was a ruptured pipe that came as a result of the Christmas freeze. So, their promptness of action, quality of work and friendliness was deeply appreciated by me. Truly the spirit of the holiday, Thanks guys!

First, we received a call exactly when the plumber, Jermon Brown, would arrive and he and his assistant came on time. Both were polite and professional and got right to work. My waterline connection was not compatible with the new faucet and Jermon stated he needed to get a simple adapter for it. He left and came back with the parts and completed the entire job in about and hour. I asked him how much for the part and he said it was not a problem. This young professional did a fine job. He looked at another job I may have and provided an excellent solution. I recommend him for his quality work, professionalism and ability to complete the job when a issue arises.

He was thorough and very prompt in performing work. Very positive experience!

Jermon and his crew were great. Plumbing in the house is very old, and the job took much longer than expected but they stuck with it and stuck with the original estimate. Would highly recommend.

They came to my home promptly when the appointment was made.  Henry walked through the job with me

and we came to an agreement with a fair price.  When the work was scheduled Henry showed up on time and had all

material, tools and quickly went to work removing the existing piping.  He was very courteouse,  professional and completed

all the work we had agreed on.  There were a couple issues that came up during the process and Henry took care of

of them without charging me extra and that says a lot about the man and the company he works for.  The work

site was cleaned up after completion and  I would highly recommend

We arranged everything, services and appointment time thru messages on Angies List. The plumping tech.(Henry) called before arrival. His appearance and demeanor was professional in every way. It was his first time installing the type of toilet we had purchased. Works great. Because of the age of our home he replaced the drain type in tub.Works great. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Guys were great, clean, and quick! Two toilets were changed in about an hour! Very reasonable price and honored the Angie's list member coupon 7% off coupon!

The plumber arrived early and was quick to assess my problem. He was very pleasant and informative. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes and also provided several recommendations to me so I would not have the same problem. Very reasonable price, and I'll certainly call them again for my plumbing needs.

The technician was prompt and completed the work timely and satisfactorily. When I called with questions my calls were answered promptly. I would have no problem calling Jermon for another job.

American Home Warranty sent Discount Plumbing to fix my garbage disposal and Diverter. Jermon Brown was punctual, efficient, knowledgable and very courteous. He replaced the items that were covered under the warranty. I asked him to give me a quote on 2 tub drains and when I was okay with the price he did those and didn't have to reschedule which was great for me. I paid the AHS service fee of $75 for the garbage disposal and Diverter and $260 for 2 tub drains.
