"The guy was nice enough, but the work was scheduled for Friday, June 13 at 8 am; he didn?t show up until 9 am. He stopped working around 3 pm and said he would come back at 9 am on Saturday; he didn?t arrive until about noon. A storm came up at 2 pm, stopping his work. He waited for a while then said he would come back on Monday. He also left materials and tools on my lawn, which I had to move on Sunday so that I could cut the lawn. Finally, the completed job was done haphazardly; the tops of the pickets are not straight, unlike the original fence. See the attached photo?the section with new pickets (far left) is straight, but the one next to it with old pickets is not; the section on the middle right is not straight, and the section with the new and old pickets (far right) is straight. I had specifically asked him to straighten the tops, and he never did."

A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
