"I hired Luis to install two custom tile showers, floor tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, wood flooring in the living room and carpet in our bedrooms, he did a very good job and was very professional, I will recommend him to anyone looking for someone to install flooring in their home."

"The guy was nice enough, but the work was scheduled for Friday, June 13 at 8 am; he did not show up until 9 am. He stopped working around 3 pm and said he would come back at 9 am on Saturday; he didn?t arrive until about noon. A storm came up at 2 pm, stopping his work. He waited for a while then said he would come back on Monday. He also left materials and tools on my lawn, which I had to move on Sunday so that I could cut the lawn. Finally, the completed job was done haphazardly; the tops of the pickets are not straight, unlike the original fence. See the attached photo?the section with new pickets (far left) is straight, but the one next to it with old pickets is not; the section on the middle right is not straight, and the section with the new and old pickets (far right) is straight. I had specifically asked him to straighten the tops, and he never did."

Someone's time must be respected at all cost. Time is valuable to the Someone offering work and the Someone completing the work. Furthermore, giving our time for each of us to reach a goal. Someone sets goals to a mediocre scale and Someone sets goals to a higher standard scale. Professionalism is a higher standard scale. That is exactly what you get when considering your time with langYota Construction LLC.

"The man who came, cleaned out the back of the refrigerator. He was even kind enough to let me clean the floor when he moved the refrigerator out. When he got done, my refrigerator purred. He was wonderful. I also liked the fact that I sent in my request online on a Sunday and my refrigerator was fixed before noon on Monday. My first call with this company and I am very very pleased."
