He returned one and a half hours later and actually thought the door was locked simply by looking at it. I had to encourage him to pull it open to test it. He decided the electronic latch was the issue. It wasn't, and I had to hire a second repairman to fix his work on the door closer. At over 150 dollars an hour. I expected more care, better workmanship and attention to detail."

He and his team were amazing, they worked with us on the times they came to our house since my husband and I both work 40 plus hours a week.
