Cypress Roofing

I was not looking forward to having my roof done because of the cost and idea of having a crew at my home for a few days to get it done. I am extremely excited to say the crew finished the roof in one day (and replaced some of the plywood in several spots). Ty Cobb was amazing to work with and made the process easy for us home owners. My roof looks amazing!! 5/5 stars for this company and the install crew!! p.s. no roofing nails left in my yard around my house!! What a BONUS!!

Excellent company, with excellent customer service & support. Bill worked with my insurance adjuster & once approved got the job done quickly and efficiently & they also cleaned up after. Alex & Bill were easy to work with and answered all my questions, he even brought roofing samples to make the choice much easier than just looking at a picture to decide. Michael Glaze was my project manager. He was very professional, available to answer any question I had, explained the process from beginning to end. always returned my calls promptly, very polite and courteous. I would recommend this company. They were very timely, cleaned all debris once the job was finished. I was very please with their work. The work was completed in a timely manner.

I have hired this new company to replace the old roof of my house in Denham Springs, damaged by storms and hurricanes, etc... I spoke to the owner and her kids and they helped find a better solution when it comes to quality and price. Awesome company and the quality of the roof they have installed is sup[erior, plus no one can beat their price. I am spreading the voice among friends and family to hire them for an eventual roof installation. They are easy to deal with and would do anything to accommodate your needs and find you alternatives based on your budget. I can't find a better company! Antonio C.

Ty with Cypress was awesome. He helped me throughout the entire process and made it easy from picking my roof to installation. My house looks great. The yard was cleaned Ty helped me tremendously with everything.

Over priced they charge 15,000.00 for 1450 Square footage home . I had to pay 3000.00 for my Deductible plus insurance paid them over 13,000.00 not including the 3000.00

I hired them to repair a roof leak November 2020. They put a new flashing under stucco that they ripped out and patched. Six months later the stucco crumbled and the roof leak was back once again. Sent a message immediately and next morning called. The rained had stopped. Someone came by next day and said will come back two days later. Which there was no rain for the next two days. They returned two days later saw the problem. I had already messaged them with the problem as well. They said they would come back four days later to repair. I pointed out it would be raining for two days by that point. Sent messages to owner and she said yes would be there next week. Well what are we suppose to do after the rain comes pouring in our home again.?? We paid them to fix the problem 6 months ago. A few weeks later they did refund part of money.

Cypress replaced roof pipes that were cracked & causing leaks which have left my ceiling stained. Iâ ll not know the quality of this work until there is a heavy rain & if new water stains appear on my ceiling.

Mr. Taylor was very knowledgeable and prompt with our requests. Roof is beautiful.

Customer beware! Was told by their sales rep they would tarp my roof for 500 dollars after hurricane Laura in Lake Charles and 2 weeks later, they sent me a bill for over $2250!

Very friendly on time did a good job

My experience with Cypress was phenomenal. From the first call to the end of the job, I knew I had made a good decision. The workers are very meticulous and efficient. The work was impeccable. What really impressed me was the care they took while working and as they ended. They were careful to remove any scraps and nails. I now have a beautiful roof that I would highly recommend Cypress Roofing.

Good family owed company. Did the work timely and cleaned up the area. Very pleased.

Connucation is key and the owner was great

Mr Jorge is very conscientious and a pro at solving any particular stubborn problem. He out-perseveres the problem. He will come work on it and check and test multiple times until solved to best satisfaction. He works around crazy moving schedules.

Make sure you get everything in writing because they do what they want anyways

Cypress extensively checked out the damage and evaluated the cause. Careful to check before and after repair. Timely & efficient.
