"They came out on a SUNDAY, we agreed upon a price. I had purchased a unit not represented by them but they agreed to do the installation. We agreed upon starting @ 7:00 AM Monday morning, with two tropical storms approaching. The plumber showed up on time and worked most of the day with the installation. The quality of his work showed his pride in the craft."
