I called and the owner personally came to give me an inspection and estimate. Turns out I had large amounts of bat guano all over my attic which had caused a huge, smelly mess. Critter Capture evacuated the bats. They removed the attic insulation which was really messed up from the bat guano and urine. They vacuumed and cleaned the attic and replaced my old insulation with blown insulation. They sealed up my gable vents to prevent any re-entry. They also replaced some rotten wood in another outside area of my house which could have possibly been used as an animal entry point, and they painted the wood. I was very pleased with the work they did for me. They are courteous, professional, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable and do quality work. Also, the office manager was always available and helpful throughout the process with any questions I had. I would most definitely recommend Critter Capture to anyone having problems with critters."
